Christmas celebrates the fact that Christ came.

Easter celebrates the fact Christ came back from the dead.

Pentecost celebrates the fact that Christ stayed and remains with us through the gift of His Holy Spirit. We know what a difference that made on that Pentecost day after Jesus’ resurrection.
